Understanding the Operations Dashboard

The StumpIQ dashboard gives you a real-time view of your entire tree service operation.

Dashboard sections:

Stat Cards: Jobs today, revenue, active crews, and pending quotes at a glance

Crew Status: Live tracking of all crews — active, en route, on break, or off duty

Today's Schedule: Complete job list with times, customers, crew assignments, and pricing

AI Quote Queue: Pending photo-based quotes with confidence scores

Active Alerts: Storm watches, certification expirations, equipment issues, and safety notices

Key navigation:

Use the sidebar to switch between Crews, Schedule, Quotes, Safety, Customers, Storm Watch, Equipment, and Settings

The AI assistant is always available in the bottom-right corner

Storm alert banners appear at the top when severe weather is forecasted

Pro tip: Start each morning by reviewing the dashboard overview, then check the schedule page for any unassigned jobs that need crew allocation.
